Mining Resources and Logistics Group (MRLG) is a team of mining professionals with extensive experience in large scale mining projects in Australia and globally.

We provide full mine management services and draw upon a wealth of experience and proprietary mining efficiency tools to maximise the return on investment potential of any project. We are adept at analysing greenfield sites during mining feasibility stages and developing and executing mine plans and schedules that maximise the potential returns of any resource type.

pHILOSOPHY

MRLG’s primary goal and philosophy is to provide robust information and data to our stakeholders and partners to ensure they are fully equipped to make decisions about the viability and profitability of their investment.

We begin with careful and rigorous due diligence. Our diligence process will examine access to commodity markets for the project resource type and we will make recommendations based on the ability to easily get a mined resource to market.

 

We will carefully consider market access, transport logistics and transport costs when developing a mine feasibility study. We will conduct full diligence investigations into the legislative and compliance costs and risks of undertaking mining operations in the jurisdiction of the project, including the sourcing of all required permits and licenses.

We will make recommendations and develop plans for onsite processing infrastructure dependent upon the resource type and market requirements of the commodity.

We will develop a contingency based mining plan that maximises operational efficiency and provides levers to manage the cost of production against market fluctuations. We will access our networks with global mining OEMs to obtain the best available ROI for plant and machinery and continued maintenance and upkeep.
